I have had my dry pak for 6 months. I swim 2-3 times a week. I have had no problems with it. It seals great. The headphones provide great sound. I recently lost one of the earbud covers and when I contacted qwik tek, they sent me new headphones and DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR REPLACEMENT OR EVEN SHIPPING! I nearly died. I never get such great customer service.
I guess this pack has leaked for some people, but I can't live without mine. It's been fabulous. Their customer service is also fantastic. I couldn't be happier.
