I purchased this item and the first time I used it, it leaked and ruined my iphone 3G.

I am not 100% sure if it was my fault of a product fault, however when I contacted the H20 Audio they requested that I send back the faulty item and my broken iphone. When I did so they evaluated it and concluded that the case wasn't faulty and that I must have closed it incorrectly. I was pretty dismayed to hear this thinking that this meant that I had no recourse for a refund or replacement, however despite this, they offered to replace the cover and the phone with an iPod nano 6th Generation and the H20 Audio case.

My iPhone 3G was 4trs old and a redundant model so I was more than happy with the exchange. Whats more, having read the terms of warranty, it clearly states that the manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by their products. So I wanted to go out of my way to give them a positive review to make it known that they go above and beyond what is required of them in order to satisfy their customers.

I should also mention that the new case works perfectly and i'm thoroughly enjoying it.
