This case is similar to other waterproof "bags"; it has two parallel "zip locks" and you roll/fold down the flap after you have sealed it. There is a patch of Velcro and two snaps to secure the folded flap, and there is also an adjustable lanyard.

This is much better than using a disposable zip lock storage bag as the plastic is nice and clear (FYI, it has clear panels on both sides with purple plastic around the edges). There is also ample room if you have a skin on the iPad. The seams are heat sealed and the overall quality looks to be good.

Touch response is only slightly dampened and the ipad's sound is hardly affected as well.

I am hesitant to submerge my new iPad, but this product has so far satisfied my needs (I am writing this review in my hot tub).

Delivery time was as advertised, and my only gripe is that the price is just a little bit high.
