I work outside in all seasons, and I have already ruined one IPOD due to moisture. I was browsing for some kind of case to protect my new one. I came across this Pelican case. At first glance, it seems huge and bulky. (And it is big...) But for the protection... it's worth finding a way to carry it. I just attach it to my tool belt, and away we go! I could run over this with a tank and it'd be just fine! Great waterproof protection, (But I wouldn't swim with it...) as well as dirt, dust, and general 'abuse' damage. I've had it in rain and snow and it's great! The case looks like it's been dragged behind a truck, but the IPOD inside is in perfect condition! Looks brand new! Easy open, and I like the internal headphone jack. Well worth the money if you wanna protect your IPOD. (I use an IPod Classic 160G, fits perfect...)Oh yeah, I already had my IPOD in an Iskin cover and it fits in the Pelican case as well, so I left it on... not necessary with the Pelican, but now it's double protected...
